To whom it may concern:

The individual in possession of this letter is a contractor performing essential work at a facility that has been determined as a “critical infrastructure” industry or “essential” industry during the Covid-19 crisis. Floor Care Specialists, Inc. (FCS) provides janitorial, maintenance, restoration, and other critical services to a variety of facilities in Virginia and North Carolina.

As such, the individual in possession of this letter is a “critical infrastructure industry employee” or “essential employee” and is exempt from local restrictions such as curfews, shelter-in-place orders, and other mobility restrictions. We ask that you please allow this individual to proceed to their destination so that she/he can continue the vital work of facility services as our country manages the current Covid-19 health crisis.
